Pilates Space Florida offers professional and personalized Pilates instruction in Romana's Pilates ® to clients of all ages and athletic abilities.

Our intimate studio, with vibrant colors, european inspired design and state -of- the- art Gratz Pilates equipment provides an atmosphere that encourages you to let go of your daily stress, focus on yourself, and achieve your health and fitness goals.

We offer private sessions and Mat & small equiment classes.
Private Ballet sessions are also available on a limited basis.

Private sessions can be booked Monday through Sunday, starting from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on weekdays and from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on weekends.
