Mango Breakfast or Lunch Smoothie

  • 4 cups chopped mangos, fresh or frozen
  • 2 bananas
  • 5 frozen orange juice cubes or 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed juice
  • 1/2 inch chunk of fresh ginger
  • 2 cups kefir
  • raw honey
  • coconut oil

Put mango, banana, orange, ginger, kefir in the blender and give it a good whirl.
Stop the blender, add in raw honey and coconut oil, blend again.

Pour into a big glass and ENJOY!
