Mango Breakfast or Lunch smoothie

4 cups chopped mangos, fresh or frozen
2 bananas
5 frozen orange juice cubes or 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed juice
1/2 inch chunk of fresh ginger
2 cups kefir
raw honey
coconut oil


Put mango, banana, orange, ginger, kefir in the blender and give it a good whirl.
Stop the blender, add in raw honey and coconut oil, blend again.

Pour into a big glass and ENJOY!
