Our introductory specials for all new clients who are new to Romana's Pilates®.
These classes are the foundation for all programs we offer and will teach you proper form the basic system exercises and how to handle the Pilates equipment

Bookings:
Please book all sessions/ classes 24 hrs in advance, we are a Boutique studio, so walk- ins can only be accommodated if there is still room in a class.
Cancellations:
Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charged for the full rate of that scheduled session. If you arrive late you will be given only the remainder of your scheduled time unless the instructor has no consecutive bookings or outstanding commitments.
Cancellations of Duets:
If one of the participants in the duet cancels with more than 24 hours notice, the other participant may take a private session or cancel the duet. If one of the participants cancels late (less than 24 hours notice), the other participant may take a private session at no additional cost and the participant canceling late is charged for the duet as scheduled.
Towels and Water will be offered for your convenience.
Please wear socks and formfitting workout wear.
