Our Joe's Gym Membership Program
Welcome to Joe's Gym!
Just like Joe Pilates we expect a certain level of commitment from our clients, but understand that budget can be an issue.
The Joe's Gym Membership program gives you a great discounted rate of $350.00 for 1 private session and unlimited classes per month.
Payments are due monthly. Minimum commitment is 3 months.
PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS:
A one-
Private sessions are a great way to reach your health and fitness goals in a relatively short amount of time.
A training session shared with a partner incorporating the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels, mat and small apparatus.
Duets are a great way to reach your health and fitness goals together with your partner or friend!
SEMI PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES:
TOWER CLASSES
Reserved for 4 clients only!
Tower (Half-
Classes run with 4 students only, with clients matched as closely as possible in their level of training, which provides for a very personalized group workout.
Classes may have a focus on Magic circle work, Arm work or Leg work.
These classes are invigorating and fun, and can be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs
REFORMER CLASS
Reserved for 3 clients only!
A challenging class to lengthen, strengthen and align the body with power, precision and flow.
This class requires knowledge of the intermediate systems Reformer order.
Classes may focus on Jumpboard, Flexibility, Armwork or feature advanced work.
FUNdamentals CLASSES
These classes introduce you to the intermediate system on either Tower or Reformer
plus Matwork, small barrel, Magic circle and Arm weights.
Please note: We request that you take a minimum of 2 classes a week if you do not take Private lessons, in order to ensure personal progress!
