equipment classes, private sessions or duets.
The goal is to introduce the Pilates exercises safely and effectively.

PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS:
A one- on- one training session incorporating the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels, mat and small apparatus.
Private sessions are a great way to reach your health and fitness goals in a relatively short amount of time.
Prices start at $40.00 per session

DUETS
A training session shared with a partner incorporating the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, barrels, mat and small apparatus.
Duets are a great way to reach your health and fitness goals together with your partner or friend!
Prices start at $50.00 per session

GROUP CLASSES:

WUNDA CHAIR CLASS
Reserved for 3 clients only!
The Wunda chair class provides you with a strong, challenging workout.
This intense class is one of the highest level classes our studio offers.
Prices start at $30.00 per class

TOWER CLASSES
Reserved for 4 clients only!
Tower (Half-Cadillac) classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen and align the body with power, precision and flow.
Classes run with 3 students only, with clients matched as closely as possible in their level of training, which provides for a very personalized group workout.
These classes are invigorating and fun, and can be modified and varied to suit each student’s needs

REFORMER CLASS
Reserved for 3 clients only!
A challenging class to lengthen, strengthen and align the body with power, precision and flow.
This class requires knowledge of the intermediate systems Reformer order.
Prices start at $30.00 per class

JOE'S GYM CLASSES
Reserved for 3 clients only!
This is not your best friends circuit Pilates class!
Be ready to sweat as this class takes you through the most challenging work out you have ever
had.
